ANNOUNCE your PRODUCT / SERVICE / EVENT: Includes 200-300 word
description, & ONE photo / image and up to TWO web links included
$85.00 per eBlast OR purchase one of our Bundle Specials.
Please NOTE: Extra photos $10.00 each and additional embedded web link is
$5.00. eMail your image to: MyHolisticHawaii@gmail.com in jpg only. NO pdf's
or Word Documents please. ONE ANNOUNCEMENT / EVENT per eBlast.

INCLUDE: SUBJECT LINE, TITLE / EVENT/PRODUCT NAME:, DATE, TIME, PLACE,
SUB TITLE (ACCENT LINE) and DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCT / SERVICE / EVENT,
(200-300 words), TUITION/COST, CONTACT INFO, eMAIL & WEB LINK,

DATE REQUESTED: Indicate the date/s you wish your
eBlast or series of eBlaststo be sent.
OFFICE HOURS: Monday - Friday 9AM - 3PM HAWAII STANDARD TIME
IMAGES: Send photo/logo/image in jpg format (attach to email). Extra
photos/Images are $10.00 each and additional embedded web link is $5.00.
PAYMENT: Payment must be received to begin creating your e-blast.
PROOF: You must proof and approve your template before it is scheduled.
You are responsible for providing clean copy and correct information about
your event / product / service. We will fix obvious errors as we notice them,
but ultimately you are responsible for proofing, spelling, links and
grammatical errors during the proofing process.
SCHEDULING: You may suggest days and times to send out your message.
NOTE: Repeat messages will not be sent less than TEN days apart.
PROCESSING: A minimum of 3 business days required prior to scheduling.
RUSH ORDERS: It takes a minimum of three business days to process your
eBlast order. Our offices are open Monday - Friday 9AM to 3PM Hawaii
Standard Time. Please ad $25 to your order if you wish rush service.
EDITS: Any changes made to your original text or layout may delay your
scheduling and will result in a minimum of $25.00 to be paid before your
template can be delivered. Errors on our part will be corrected at no charge.
FORMATTING: Complicated formatting will be charged $30.00 additional.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Once your order has been placed you agreed
to pay the full amount of your order. All orders are final,
non-refundable and non-transferable.
PAYMENT OPTIONS: We accept payments through PayPal.
